Yes. We understand that plumbing emergencies, electrical failures, and security issues do not wait for business hours. We provide after-hours emergency response for clients on active service agreements. Emergency protocols and contact procedures are established during your onboarding so tenants and managers know exactly how to reach us when urgent issues arise.
Do you offer ongoing service agreements or is everything one-off?
We offer both. Many property managers prefer ongoing service agreements that include pre-approved rates, priority scheduling, and a dedicated point of contact. However, we also handle one-off repair requests for managers who need occasional support. Service agreements provide the best value and fastest response times, especially for larger portfolios.

We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and can provide certificates of insurance for your records or owner requirements. Our team is trained to work professionally in occupied residential and commercial properties.
What types of maintenance and repair work do you handle?
Our scope covers the full range of property maintenance and handyman services, including plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, drywall repair, painting, flooring, fixture replacement, door and lock hardware, appliance connections, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, caulking, and general carpentry. If a job requires a specialty licensed trade beyond our scope, we coordinate with our TGA Install division or recommend a trusted partner.

For large-scale projects like multi-unit turnovers, we deploy crews in parallel to compress timelines.
